Paul Menezes was a great help throughout the entire process of buying our first house. He maintained constant communication with us and followed up with our mortgage broker daily (when we were struggling to get results). He negotiated quickly and efficiently with the sellers, looked after our interests and even pointed out a major flaw in the contract of the sale of our house (one that we didn’t even notice!). We’re very glad that Paul was there to help us the whole way.

We must stress that the sale of our home was by no means easy. Mr Menezes faced some tough situations and decisions in order to get the 100% best for everyone concerned. I will be honest and let you know that there were times of great anxiety for us however, Mr Menezes was always reassuring and sincere in the process, not only having our interests at heart, but also those of the owner of Torres Place who he was also representing. We have really admired that Mr Menezes was able to keep a balanced approach to all parties concerned wanting the very best for all of his clients.
A merit that we find most impressive with Mr. Menezes as a Real Estate Agent is he sincerely understands that the purchase of a home is not just a business transaction but a family commitment. Finding a home for our family was such an important decision and Mr Menezes truly understood the value in home and in family.
We have recommended Mr Menezes to everyone!! As we are so impressed with the service offered, and as we find Mr Menezes to be of such trustworthy character, we are now currently looking into an investment property which is something we would have never considered before. As we said, we have had terrible experiences with Real Estate Agents in the past and were really struggling in terms of having to rely on someone else in such an important family decision, yet Mr Menezes in such a short space of time, worked day and night to ensure our family was well taken care of which we truly respect.

We thought your initial appraisal was a little optimistic, but it proved to be spot on, and as a result we netted nearly $30,000 more than we had expected.
The advertising and marketing program was well thought out and highly effective - the resultant "home opens" attracted huge numbers of prospects, including the eventual buyer.
The result was a top dollar sale in a relatively short time, with very little effort required on our part.
